To get crosshair on scope guns like awp and scout simply download the models below and paste it in your cstrike/models folder of ur cs 1.6 click here to download these model with crosshair (working in sXe also in all version) . For mediafire link click here

No they wouldn't be able to see ur crosshair because its your own awp model
